Unitholders notified of 4.90 cents per unit estimated payout for the period ending October 31, 2026.

Ausbil, as the responsible entity for the Ausbil Active Dividend Income Fund (ASX: DIVI), has announced an estimated distribution for the period ending 31 October 2026. Ausbil Investment Management Limited is a prominent Australian investment manager that provides a diverse suite of funds, and the Ausbil Active Dividend Income Fund is an active exchange-traded fund specifically designed to generate income primarily through investments in dividend-paying companies. The announcement details an estimated distribution of 4.90 cents per unit for eligible unitholders of the fund.

The estimated distribution amount, though subject to revision and potentially differing from the final figure, offers unitholders a preliminary indication of the upcoming payout. Ausbil emphasised that this is an estimate for the monthly distribution period. Investors are advised that the definitive final distribution amount is scheduled to be announced on 6 November 2026, which coincides with the planned payment date for the distribution.

A crucial timetable accompanies the announcement, outlining key dates for the distribution process. The Distribution Reinvestment Plan (DRP) election date is set for 30 October 2026. Following this, the fund will trade ex-distribution on 2 November 2026, with the record date for determining unitholder eligibility established as 3 November 2026. To be eligible to receive the distribution, unitholders must be registered on the fund’s register by the record date, necessitating that units be purchased prior to the ex-distribution date. It is important to note that all specified dates in the timetable are indicative only and may be subject to change by the responsible entity.
