360 Capital REIT (ASX:TOT) today announced the resignation of its Chief Executive Officer, James Storey, effective 5 November 2026. The announcement was made by 360 Capital FM Limited, the responsible entity for the REIT. Mr. Storey is departing the real estate investment trust to pursue an opportunity outside the Group. 360 Capital REIT comprises a 100% leased modern diversified direct property portfolio with a strategy of allocating up to 25% of its balance sheet in structured real estate equity investments to enhance the income returns from its direct portfolio of assets, providing securityholders with consistent quarterly distributions.

Mr. Storey has been a significant figure within 360 Capital for 15 years, contributing to its operations and strategic direction across various capacities. His extensive tenure included serving as Fund Manager for several of the Group’s listed vehicles, demonstrating his deep involvement in the management of its financial products. He subsequently transitioned to the pivotal role of Chief Executive Officer of the Group in 2022, overseeing the company’s broader strategic initiatives and performance.

In light of Mr. Storey’s departure, Tony Pitt, 360 Capital Group Executive Chairman, will assume his responsibilities. Mr. Pitt will lead the operations, supported by the broader 360 Capital team, ensuring a seamless transition and continuity for the REIT’s strategic objectives and day-to-day management. The company’s announcement did not detail plans for a permanent successor to the Chief Executive Officer role at this time.

Tony Pitt extended his sincere gratitude for Mr. Storey’s substantial contribution over his many years with the Group. Mr. Pitt stated, “James has been with the Group for 15 years, during which time he has been the Fund Manager for several of the Group’s listed funds before transitioning to the Chief Executive Officer of the Group in 2022. On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank James for the contribution he has made to the business and the funds during his tenure at 360 Capital, which has encompassed many investments across both real estate debt and equity. We look forward to watching James next chapter of his career.”
