Shareholders to vote on rebranding reflecting diversified growth and international ambitions.

SPC Global Holdings Limited (ASX:SPG) has announced its proposal to change its corporate name to Altiva Global Ltd, seeking shareholder approval at its Annual General Meeting on 24 November 2026. The company, which comprises SPC, The Original Beverage Co, Nature One, and Natural Ingredients, focuses on providing nourishment and wellness for consumers globally through a portfolio spanning packaged fruit, beverages, and dairy products. This rebranding aims to reflect the Group’s evolution into a diversified entity with multiple business divisions and established strengths across the food, beverages, and dairy categories, moving beyond the heritage of any single brand or market.

The proposed name, Altiva Global, is designed to recognise the breadth of the Group’s portfolio and the strength of its international business, providing a shared corporate identity that supports its growth ambitions both domestically and overseas. SPC will remain a distinct and valued consumer brand and business division, while Altiva Global will serve as the parent corporate identity, differentiating the broader Group from the SPC trading business. This strategy intends to bring its diverse businesses together under one corporate entity, strengthen its diversified food, beverage, and dairy portfolio, and expand its presence in international markets.

Managing Director Robert Iervasi commented that “Altiva Global reflects the nature of business we have become and our ambitions for global expansion.” He highlighted that “Altiva” evokes elevation and vitality, expressing ambition and energy, while “Global” signifies the Group’s international outlook. The proposed visual identity will combine a strong blue wordmark with a flowing orange-to-red curve, designed to express connection and progress. The resolution for the name change requires approval by at least 75% of the votes cast by shareholders at the AGM, with the Board unanimously recommending a vote in favour. If approved, the change will take effect upon ASIC updating the company’s registration, without affecting shareholders’ existing holdings or rights.
