Titomic Limited (ASX: TTT), a global advanced manufacturing company delivering integrated production, coating and repair solutions enabled by its patented Titomic Kinetic Fusion™ (TKF™) cold spray technology, announced on October 15, 2026, a targeted restructure aimed at achieving A$3.0 million in annualised cost savings. The company applies TKF™ across the manufacturing lifecycle, from material and process development through qualification and full-rate production, serving various heavy industries. This strategic realignment involves significant changes across its Australian and United States operations, along with a reduction in consultant expenditure.
The restructuring efforts include a re-focusing of sales, marketing, and production support staff within Australia. Concurrently, the company will streamline select non-program related roles in the United States and reduce consultant spending across its Australian, US, and European footprints. A key element of this restructure is the pivot of the Australian business, which will now serve as Titomic’s global research and development centre of excellence, spearheading the advancement of its technology and applications for international markets.
These comprehensive changes are projected to deliver the A$3.0 million in annualised cost savings once fully implemented. Titomic anticipates the implementation process to be completed by the end of October 2026, with associated costs estimated at A$0.6 million. These implementation costs primarily cover notice payments, redundancy payments, and other related expenses. Executive Chair, Dag Stromme, commented on the move, stating that these “targeted changes demonstrate our commitment to disciplined cost management” and are designed to accelerate commercial development, positioning the company to achieve cash flow break-even during 2027. He further affirmed Australia’s continued centrality as the global R&D hub for Titomic’s future.
