OD6 Metals builds US critical minerals opportunity with Quinn Fluorspar

Managing Director and CEO Brett Hazelden outlines OD6 Metals’ strategy to advance its newly acquired Quinn Fluorspar Project in Nevada alongside its Australian rare earths and copper portfolio.
OD6 Metals (ASX: OD6) is building a multi-commodity critical minerals portfolio spanning fluorspar, rare earths and copper, with its recently acquired Quinn Fluorspar Project in Nevada emerging as a key focus. Quinn covers 226 mining claims across 4,670 acres and contains more than 20 known fluorspar occurrences along an eight-kilometre mineralised corridor.
Managing Director and CEO Brett Hazelden says Quinn is strategically positioned in a US market that remains highly dependent on imported fluorspar, a critical mineral used across semiconductors, batteries, defence, nuclear fuel processing, steel and aluminium. OD6 is progressing permitting, metallurgical testwork and geological modelling ahead of planned drilling and resource definition.
Alongside Quinn, OD6 continues to advance its Splinter Rock Rare Earths Project in Western Australia and Gulf Creek Copper Project in New South Wales, providing exposure to three critical mineral opportunities across Australia and the US.
