Corporate Travel Management Limited (ASX:CTD) has announced a significant five-year global partnership with Amadeus IT Group, a leading travel technology provider. Corporate Travel Management Limited (CTM) specialises in providing innovative and cost-effective travel solutions for businesses, serving corporate, government, and not-for-profit sectors globally. This strategic alliance is set to enhance value for CTM’s customers and accelerate the digital transformation of its global operations. The agreement, which followed a competitive tender process, positions Amadeus as the preferred Global Distribution System (GDS) provider for CTM across all regions, reflecting a shared vision for the future of corporate travel worldwide.

The partnership is expected to deliver measurable technology and productivity benefits to CTM. Through an integrated platform, CTM will gain access to an extensive network including over 400 airlines, approximately two million hotel properties, and more than 25 rail providers. A key advantage of the Amadeus platform is its capability for 24/7 automation of critical processes such as ticketing, queue management, quality control, and schedule change processing. This automation is anticipated to significantly reduce manual servicing requirements across CTM’s global operations, thereby enhancing efficiency.

CTM anticipates this collaboration will yield meaningful long-term strategic, financial, and operating benefits over the agreement’s five-year term. These benefits include an enhanced customer experience, improved operational efficiency, and accelerated digital capability across the Group’s global footprint. Financial benefits are expected to build progressively as implementation occurs across CTM’s regions and transaction volumes migrate to the Amadeus platform. Ana Pedersen, Managing Director and Group CEO of CTM, stated the partnership represents an important milestone in CTM’s digital transformation, combining CTM’s expertise with Amadeus’ advanced technology to accelerate innovation in the travel marketplace. The agreement includes the adoption of a comprehensive Amadeus portfolio, integrating distribution, retailing, and servicing capabilities within a single framework.
