ASX:PWH delivers robust FY26 results and outlines strategic investment in new Poland manufacturing site to target European A&D market.

PWR Holdings Limited (ASX:PWH) today announced strong financial results and a positive outlook at its 2026 Annual General Meeting. The company, which designs, manufactures, and supplies high-performance cooling systems for diverse industries including motorsport, aerospace and defence, and automotive sectors, reported record group revenue of $170.7 million for the year, a 31.2% increase. Statutory Net Profit After Tax (NPAT) surged by 83.2% to $17.9 million, resulting in a 3 percentage point improvement in NPAT margin to 10.5%. Shareholders will receive a final dividend of 5.0 cents per share, up 3.0 cents, alongside a record order book for FY27 exceeding $82 million.

The company highlighted the successful delivery of strategic priorities, driving operating leverage and sustained momentum. Record Australian revenue of approximately $106 million was achieved following the completion of its Stapylton factory relocation, providing enhanced operational capability and capacity. Investment in people and infrastructure continued, supporting volume growth. Growth engines for the business include the accelerating Aerospace & Defence (A&D) segment and a reset Motorsports baseline. The OEM segment is also returning to growth, while the Aftermarket business has been strategically repositioned towards higher-value products.

A significant strategic move announced was the measured entry into Europe with a new manufacturing site in Krosno, Poland, slated to commence initial operations in FY27. This expansion, funded within existing capital expenditure plans, positions PWR to capitalise on the large and structurally growing European defence market. The Poland site will also facilitate in-sourcing of outsourced A&D components, enhance manufacturing capacity, and provide access to a specialised talent pool in the region’s “Aviation Valley”. The company targets a return towards its FY24 NPAT margin of 17.8% over FY28-FY30, underpinned by continuous innovation and operational efficiencies.
