Tissue Repair Limited (ASX: TRP) announced on 2 September 2026 its decision to resume direct distribution and management of its TR Pro+® product within the aesthetic channel across Australia and New Zealand. Tissue Repair Limited is a medical device company focused on developing and commercialising regenerative medicine products for tissue repair and wound management. This strategic shift will see the company directly oversee its proprietary hydrogel, TR Pro+®, which is designed for use following aesthetic procedures and in the management of acute wounds, and is listed on the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods (ARTG).
This move marks a change from the previous arrangement where Advanced Cosmeceuticals Pty Ltd had served as Tissue Repair’s distributor for TR Pro+® in the Australian and New Zealand aesthetic markets since September 2025. Tissue Repair is actively taking steps to transition customer relationships, ordering processes, and account management back under its direct control. The company will now assume full responsibility for sales, ordering, account management, and customer engagement related to business development opportunities, promotions, and educational initiatives.
Tissue Repair CEO, Tony Charara, commented on the development, stating that while Advanced Cosmeceuticals had been a valued partner, Tissue Repair determined that returning to a direct distribution model is the appropriate approach for the next stage of development of the TR Pro+® business. Mr Charara emphasised the company’s immediate priority is to ensure continuity for existing customers and facilitate a smooth transition of customer relationships and ordering arrangements. Tissue Repair does not currently anticipate any interruption to customers’ ability to order TR Pro+® and looks forward to engaging directly with its customers to support the continued growth of the business. The company intends to provide further updates as the transition progresses.
