Raiz Invest Limited (ASX:RZI), a multi-award-winning fintech platform dedicated to helping Australians build long-term wealth, has announced robust financial results for the year ended 30 June 2026 (FY26). The company, which pioneered the ‘Round-Up’ concept in Australia to enable first-time investors to invest spare change from everyday purchases, reported strong growth across its key business metrics, including a significant increase in total revenue, funds under management, and underlying EBITDA. These results underscore a period of enhanced operational performance and strategic product development.
For FY26, Raiz Invest saw total revenue climb by 21.4% to $29.2 million, up from $24.1 million in the prior year. This was primarily driven by a 6.7% increase in Active Customers, reaching 351,362, and a 13.5% rise in Average Revenue Per User (ARPU) to $85.87. Funds Under Management (FUM) experienced substantial growth, increasing by 27.5% to $2.32 billion, up from $1.82 billion, fuelled by net inflows of $219 million and positive market movements. Notably, Super FUM grew by 27.9% to $496 million, Raiz Plus FUM by 42.9% to $424 million, and Kids FUM by 54.4% to $123 million.
The company’s profitability also saw considerable improvement, with underlying EBITDA soaring by 92.8% to $5.5 million, elevating the underlying EBITDA margin to 18.7%. Statutory Net Profit After Tax reached $3.5 million, a significant turnaround from a $0.4 million loss in FY25, which included a tax benefit of $3.2 million from the recognition of a deferred tax asset. Operating cash flows increased by 30% to $5.1 million, supporting free cash flow of $2.7 million and bolstering the cash balance to $15.4 million. Raiz also highlighted increased customer engagement through new product innovation, such as Raiz Lite and Raiz Academy, and announced a Transformation Program under new leadership, focused on accelerating strategic objectives and exploring M&A opportunities.
