Southern Cross Gold Ltd is a Victorian natural resources company which is engaged in the exploration of precious and base mineral interests. We are currently preparing to list on the the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) via an initial public offering and intend to commence the trading of our common shares on the ASX under the symbol “SXG”.
We are spinning out from Toronto Stock Exchange listed Mawson Gold Ltd which is now a Nordic focused gold exploration company whose principal asset, the Rajapalot gold-cobalt project in northern Finland, is a first principal discovery made by members of the Southern Cross Gold team which now has an inferred resource of 1.04Moz @ 3.0g/t AuEq and is already Europe’s 7th largest cobalt deposit.
