Steven Bennett is the Head of Direct Property and Fund Manager at Charter Hall Group. Steven has 16 years’ industry experience including 7 with Charter Hall, and has day-to-day responsibility for overseeing asset management and tenancy matters, managing the financial structure of the funds including debt financing, hedging and stakeholder communications. Steven holds a Bachelor of Business from the University of Technology, Sydney and is a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and New Zealand.
