Maiden drilling confirms broad shallow mineralisation and multiple open shoots, with investee companies also achieving milestones.

Ragnar Metals Limited (ASX:RAG), a mineral exploration company focused on developing a portfolio of projects across Sweden and Australia, has released its Quarterly Activities Report for the period ended 30 September 2026. The report highlighted encouraging assay results from its maiden diamond drilling program at the Harnäs Gold Project in Sweden. These results confirmed broad zones of shallow gold mineralisation, featuring notable higher-grade intervals reaching up to 13.6 grams per tonne of gold.

The 1,359-metre drilling program, which comprised 14 holes, successfully intersected multiple shallow gold zones. A standout intersection was reported in hole RAG06, yielding 13.5 metres at 1.6 g/t Au from 46.5 metres, including a high-grade section of 1.0 metre at 13.6 g/t Au. Another significant find in RAG09 revealed 12.0 metres at 1.1 g/t Au from 18.0 metres, incorporating 1.0 metre at 5.7 g/t Au, suggesting a potential new mineralised shoot. Integration of the new drilling data with historical information supports the interpretation of at least five mineralised shoots at Harnäs, with several remaining open at depth and down plunge. Planning and permitting are now underway for a 3D Downhole Induced Polarisation (DHIP) survey to map potential extensions of the mineralised system.

Beyond its Swedish exploration activities, Ragnar Metals also provided updates on its strategic investee companies. Kaiser Reef Limited (ASX:KAU) reported a September-quarter gold production of 6,263 ounces across its Henty and Maldon operations, concluding the period with A$40 million in cash and bullion. Additionally, High-Tech Metals Limited (ASX:HTM) announced a 47% increase in the Mt Fisher deposit’s Mineral Resource Estimate, now standing at 51,000 ounces of gold. High-Tech Metals also identified four priority gold target areas at Mt Eureka South, with a review of historical drilling planned for further prioritisation.
