TALi Digital Limited (ASX: TD1) has announced the appointment of William Hamilton as its new Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director, effective from 1 November 2026. This significant leadership change also sees Dr David Brookes transition from Executive Chair to Non-Executive Chair, underscoring a move towards separating executive management from Board oversight. TALi Digital is a digital health company focused on delivering diagnostic and therapeutic solutions to enhance attention and overall cognitive function, with a patented platform technology targeting cognitive attention skills for children.

Mr Hamilton brings extensive experience to the role, having spent over 14 years in investment and corporate strategy across technology investing, private equity, and corporate restructuring. He previously served as Chief Commercial Officer and General Manager at DigitalX Limited and held senior leadership positions at Animoca Brands and Trovio Group, where he managed institutional-grade digital asset investment strategies. His background also includes significant M&A and advisory experience gained at Washington H. Soul Pattinson & Co. and Ernst & Young. Under his employment terms, Mr Hamilton will receive a Total Fixed Remuneration of A$325,000 per annum plus statutory superannuation, with an initial Long-Term Incentive comprising 5,500,000 performance rights subject to shareholder approval.

Commenting on his appointment, Mr Hamilton expressed enthusiasm for the opportunity, particularly highlighting the recent acquisition of Datasphere as a chance to develop unique in-memory computing intellectual property. His immediate priority includes building the team and structure for its commercialisation pathway, while also working with the You Can Do It! Education (YCDI!) team to evolve the business towards sustainable economic outcomes. Concurrently with his transition, Mr Hamilton will step down as Chair of the Remuneration and Nomination Committee, with George Rolleston appointed to assume this role immediately. These changes are designed to support the company’s strategic direction and strengthen its governance framework.
