Teaminvest Private Group Limited (TIP) announced strong financial results for the financial year ending 30 June 2026, reflecting continued growth across its diversified portfolio. Teaminvest Private Group Limited (TIP) builds a diversified portfolio of operating businesses and passive holdings, with a strategy designed to compound shareholder capital over the long term. The company reported a 19% increase in statutory profit to $2.8 million and a 24% rise in operating EBITDA, alongside $6.6 million in operating cash flow. TIP made $12.1 million in growth investments, contributing to a reported $3.10 of value created for every $1 invested. Net Tangible Assets Per Share increased by 6.2% to $1.87, and a dividend of 3.10 cents per share was declared.
The company’s active portfolio delivered significant growth, with revenue accelerating by 14.4% year-on-year to $161.0 million and EBITDA expanding by 23.9% to $14.1 million. This growth was largely attributed to previous strategic investments across the portfolio, with momentum reportedly continuing into FY27. Several portfolio businesses demonstrated exceptional EBITDA growth, including Multimedia Technology (+198%) and Automation Group (+86%). On a like-for-like basis, comparable profit stood at $5.4 million, reflecting a 131% year-on-year increase, adjusting for mark-to-market and performance fee impacts.
Looking ahead, TIP has outlined its strategic priorities for FY27, which include the potential acquisition of Intelligent Investor. This proposed acquisition is expected to significantly expand TIP’s scale and distribution by adding substantial users and Funds Under Management through four ETFs. The acquisition aligns with TIP’s long-term strategy of owning high-quality businesses with recurring revenue and strong customer relationships, and is anticipated to be earnings accretive on a cash basis from year one. Other key priorities include converting recent growth investments into higher operating cash flows and continuing to create shareholder value through disciplined capital allocation.
