Great Divide Mining Limited (ASX: GDM), an Australian gold, copper, antimony and critical metals miner, explorer and producer, has announced promising results from its Coonambula Antimony-Gold Project in Central Queensland. The 4,000m drilling program, undertaken by Farm-In Joint Venture partner Dart Mining NL (ASX: DTM) at the former Banshee Antimony Mine, continues to deliver high-grade gold, silver, and antimony assays.
Key highlights include record high grades from the Banshee prospect, with CBADD010 delivering the highest gold assay of 0.2m @ 20.20 g/t from 37.7m, CBADD004 producing a record silver result of 0.6m @ 234 g/t from 57.95m, and CBADD010 yielding a record antimony result of 0.6m @ 44.6% Sb from 37.9 m. These results underscore the emerging scale and quality of the Banshee system. Multiple broader zones also demonstrate strong Au-Ag-Sb mineralisation continuity.
The company reports that mineralisation remains open along strike and at depth, supporting future resource growth. Dart Mining has completed 2594 metres of diamond drilling at Banshee to date. CEO Justin Haines commented that the results confirm the company’s belief that Coonambula has the geological architecture to host a commercially significant antimony-gold system.
Further drilling results are expected in the coming months, as the initial drilling program continues to infill existing high-grade intersections and advance toward a JORC-compliant Antimony-Gold Resource. Dart Mining can earn up to a 51% interest in the Coonambula Project by completing defined drilling and reporting milestones over a two-year period.
