DroneShield has launched its new software platform, DroneSentry-C2 Enterprise, designed for large-scale counter-drone operations. The defence technology company said the software will integrate multiple DroneSentry-C2 solutions across various locations, including military installations, airports, energy infrastructure, and data centres, into a unified operational network. DroneShield specialises in developing advanced drone detection and countermeasure solutions. The company aims to protect people, organisations, and critical infrastructure from unmanned aerial threats.
In an ASX announcement, DroneShield revealed it had received its initial order for the software from a European customer with multiple sites on NATO’s eastern flank. The company anticipates deploying the software across an existing array of DroneSentry solutions in the region in early next year.
DroneSentry-C2 Enterprise enables centralised management and situational awareness for security teams overseeing extensive areas. This allows for quicker response times and better coordination when dealing with drone-related threats across multiple locations.
DroneShield’s shares have surged over 652 per cent this year, reaching $5.64. The launch of DroneSentry-C2 Enterprise marks a step for DroneShield as it continues to expand its capabilities in the counter-drone market.
