Final Deeds Await Signature for Lincoln Gold Mine Takeover

Haranga Resources (ASX:HAR) is close to finalising its acquisition of the Lincoln Gold Project, with only third-party deeds of assignment and assumption pending finalisation and signatures. The company has been actively communicating with the relevant stakeholders and anticipates these agreements will be completed in the coming days, paving the way for the transaction to proceed. Haranga Resources is a mineral exploration company focused on identifying and developing resource projects. The company’s projects are primarily located in West Africa and the United States.

On March 25, 2025, Haranga Resources entered into an agreement with Seduli Holdings (Australia) to acquire Seduli Sutter Operations Corporation. This acquisition will grant Haranga ownership of the Lincoln Gold Mine, situated in Sutter Creek, California, USA. The project is located in Amador County, approximately 60km southeast of Sacramento in Central California.

The Lincoln Gold Project covers a strike length of 5.8km along the Mother Lode, positioned between the towns of Sutter Creek and Amador City. The project comprises 47 property parcels, secured through a combination of ownership and lease agreements. These agreements cover both mineral and surface rights, encompassing a total area of 322 hectares.

Once the outstanding deeds are finalised and executed, Haranga Resources will be in a position to confirm whether all conditions precedent have been met. Upon confirmation, the company will be able to complete the acquisition of the Lincoln Gold Project, marking a significant step in its expansion strategy.
