Morning Report: US sharemarkets were mixed on Tuesday

Investors eyed the upcoming policy decision from the US Federal Reserve. The S&P 500 index fell after setting an intraday record high earlier in the session. The Dow Jones index was dragged down by shares of Boeing (-3.9%) & American Express (-2.5%).
