PC Gold Ltd (ASX: PC2), a gold exploration and development company focused on unlocking the full potential of its flagship Spring Hill Gold Project in the Northern Territory, has announced further promising assay results from recent diamond drilling. The company confirmed that drilling at its 100%-owned project has consistently reported higher grades than initially modelled, with significant extensions to the crucial Link Zone mineralisation intersected up to 30 metres down dip of the current geological model.
Key intercepts from the twelve-hole program, which totalled 3,690.2 metres, include 29.65 metres at 4.32 grams per tonne gold from 332.35 metres in hole SDH26-016, featuring a high-grade Link Zone intersection of 4.75 metres at 8.60 g/t gold from 350 metres. Hole SDH26-017 delivered 33.38 metres at 2.17 g/t gold from 156.62 metres, while SDH26-019 recorded a notable 3.24 metres at 13.18 g/t gold from 240.76 metres within the Link Zone. Further results, such as 38 metres at 1.32 g/t gold from 13 metres in MS-027, indicate broad, near-surface mineralisation.
Executive Chairman Ashley Pattison commented on the results, noting that the diamond drilling is consistently reporting grades exceeding the estimated block model. He highlighted that progressive step-outs of the high-grade Link Zone are providing further confidence in the continuity and extent of mineralisation. These results will be incorporated into an updated Mineral Resource Estimate (MRE) targeted for December 2026. The company is still awaiting assay results for significant sections of some drill holes and looks forward to reporting these to the market as they become available. Diamond drilling continues at Spring Hill, testing further extensions to known mineralisation.
