Hiremii advances transition to AQYR workforce intelligence platform

Managing Director Andrew Hornby outlines the company’s strategy to grow higher-margin, recurring technology revenue
Hiremii (ASX: HMI) is advancing its transition to AQYR, evolving from a traditional recruitment and workforce services business into an AI-powered workforce intelligence platform focused on the resources, energy and infrastructure sectors. The new model combines proprietary workforce data, industry expertise and AI to help customers understand talent markets, identify suitable candidates and secure critical workforce.
Managing Director Andrew Hornby says the strategy builds on an established operating business rather than starting from scratch. Hiremii generated around $32 million in revenue in FY26, with the company now seeking to increase its exposure to higher-margin SaaS, analytics and recurring revenue while continuing to grow its existing workforce solutions business.
AQYR’s growth strategy centres on commercialising its workforce intelligence platform, deepening existing customer relationships and selectively pursuing acquisitions that add capability or accelerate growth. Key areas for investors to watch include commercial technology adoption, enterprise customer wins, improvements in revenue quality and potential geographic expansion.
