Whitefield Income Limited (WHF) has announced a Share Purchase Plan (SPP) for eligible shareholders. Whitefield Income is an ASX-listed investment company focused on delivering income to shareholders through investments in a diversified portfolio. The company aims to provide consistent and reliable returns while preserving capital.
Under the SPP, shareholders with a registered address in Australia or New Zealand who held shares on 31 October 2025 can acquire up to $30,000 worth of fully paid ordinary shares without brokerage fees. The issue price will be the lower of $1.34, representing a 7.4% discount to the 5-day volume weighted average market price as of 31 October 2025, or the volume weighted average market price over the five trading days up to and including the SPP closing date of 28 November 2025.
The SPP offer opens on 5 November 2025 and is scheduled to close at 5:00 PM (Sydney time) on 28 November 2025. Eligible shareholders can access the SPP documentation and personalised online application form at www.computersharecas.com.au/WHISPP. Payments can be made via BPAY, or EFT for New Zealand shareholders. Shares issued under the SPP will be entitled to the dividend payable on 31 December 2025, assuming the shares are held on the 17 December 2025 dividend record date.
Whitefield Income intends to cap the SPP at $40 million or 30 million shares. The company may scale back applications if subscriptions exceed this amount, refunding any excess application monies without interest. The announcement has been authorised by the Board of Whitefield Income. Shareholders are advised to consider all SPP documentation before deciding whether to participate.
