Eden Innovations Ltd (ASX: EDE), a company specialising in environmental technologies focused on optimising energy use and reducing emissions, has announced a significant increase in orders for its OptiBlend kits from US data centres. In the past two weeks, the company has received orders for nine OptiBlend kits, valued at USD$455,000 (approximately AUD$698,000), for immediate delivery. Additionally, Eden received a separate purchase order for a US court worth USD$32,000 (approximately AUD$49,000), bringing total orders for the past two weeks to USD$487,000 (approximately AUD$747,000).
To put the recent surge in orders into perspective, the aggregate value of US OptiBlend orders received in the past two weeks represents 80% of the total annual US OptiBlend sales in FY2025, which were approximately AUD$929,000. Furthermore, prior to these recent data centre orders, Eden US had already received unrelated purchase orders for OptiBlend kits worth USD$304,000 (approximately AUD$467,000) that remain current.
Combined with the recent orders, the total value of current purchase orders awaiting delivery and installation stands at USD$791,000 (approximately AUD$1.21 million). This exceeds the total annual US OptiBlend sales in FY2025 by 30%, with eight months of FY2026 still remaining. Eden US has also provided new OptiBlend quotations for US$1.1 million (approximately AUD$1.69 million) in the past four months, bringing the total of current OptiBlend quotations to approximately US$4.1 million (approximately AUD$6.29 million).
The company anticipates continued growth in demand, driven by the expanding North American data centre market and the benefits of OptiBlend kits in enhancing back-up power capabilities, reducing fuel costs, and lowering emissions. The Executive Chairman, Gregory H. Solomon, authorised the release of this announcement.
