Wellnex Life Limited (ASX/AIM:WNX), an innovative consumer healthcare business with a track record for developing, licensing, and marketing products and brands to customers in the growing healthcare market segment, has announced a significant expansion into the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Through its subsidiary BSPS Aust Pty Ltd, Wellnex has received an initial order from its global partner Haleon plc for TGA-registered Liquid Paracetamol and Ibuprofen softgels. This marks the fourth national market within the Haleon global network supported by Wellnex, following successful launches in Australia, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom.
The agreement with Haleon for the UAE market introduces an additional product line, complementing the already established Liquid Paracetamol softgel. While the specific terms of supply through Wellnex’s manufacturing partner remain confidential, the company anticipates that this new agreement will generate additional revenue during the current financial year, bolstering its market forecasts. The launch of this second product underscores Wellnex Life’s strategic focus on developing innovative consumer healthcare products for its own brands and global supply partnerships.
In addition to the Haleon partnership, Wellnex Life has secured confirmed purchase orders from various contract manufacturing customers totaling approximately $4.6 million since 1 July 2025. The company expects to invoice these orders by the end of December 2025. These confirmed orders supplement the $800,000 in contract manufacturing orders already invoiced this financial year, bringing the total to approximately $5.4 million, and are in addition to revenues from the company’s other business operations.
Zack Bozinovski, Wellnex Life CEO, expressed enthusiasm about the international launch of TGA-approved products with a valued global partner like Haleon. He highlighted that the introduction of Liquid Paracetamol and Ibuprofen softgels into the UAE builds upon the existing supply agreement for Liquid Paracetamol softgels in Australia, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom. Bozinovski affirmed the company’s commitment to partnering with global leaders like Haleon to pursue significant global distribution opportunities for its products.
