The Takeovers Panel has received an application from Mr. Nicholas Bolton seeking a review of the Panel’s decision in Keybridge Capital Limited 20, as previously announced in TP25/057. Keybridge Capital Limited (ASX:KBC) is an investment and financial services group. The company focuses on listed and unlisted investments, as well as corporate advisory services.
The application for review has been consented to by the Acting President of the Panel under section 657EA(2) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth). This consent indicates that the application meets the preliminary requirements for a review to be considered by the Panel.
At this stage, a review panel has not yet been appointed, and no determination has been made regarding whether to conduct proceedings. The Takeovers Panel has stated that it will not comment on the merits of the application at this time. Further updates will be provided as the review process unfolds.
