Repeat order validates Vection's INTEGRATEDXR platform for data-driven defence operations.

Vection Technologies (ASX: VR1) has secured a $4.4 million repeat order from a top 10 global defence contractor. The order is for mission-critical information and communications technology (ICT) infrastructure and AI-enabled analytics. Vection Technologies specialises in real-time technologies that merge the physical and digital worlds. Its solutions aim to help enterprises accelerate their digital transformation journeys.

The solution integrates secure ICT infrastructure with Vectionโ€™s INTEGRATEDXR platform. This new contract builds upon a $1 million proof-of-concept award from March with the same contractor. At that time, the contractor suggested a successful pilot could lead to a full $30 million tender. Vection anticipates recognising approximately $3.8 million in revenue from this repeat order during the 2025 financial year. The remaining balance is expected to be delivered over the following 12 months.

Vection has also signed a separate $2.6 million agreement with Area12 Consulting. This agreement will deliver the Safe-XR safety compliance platform for a prominent industrial client in Italy. The platform will utilise Vectionโ€™s Algho AI software to enable real-time voice interaction, regulation parsing, and contextual support via smart glasses. These smart glasses will facilitate hands-free inspections with augmented reality overlays, interactive checklists and remote expert collaboration.

According to Vection managing director Gianmarco Biagi, these deals will significantly strengthen Vectionโ€™s position in AI-driven compliance and industrial automation. He emphasized that the Safe-XR platform demonstrates the potential of AI and XR to transform industrial safety management, making it more intelligent, efficient, and responsive to user needs.
