Ventia Services Group (ASX:VNT) has secured a significant Service Partner Agreement with Tuatahi First Fibre, valued at approximately AUD$100 million over an initial five-year period. This agreement cements Ventia as the primary service partner for Tuatahi, overseeing fibre build, customer connections, and maintenance operations across New Zealand. The deal extends a 14-year partnership and bolsters Ventia’s strategic focus on customer-centric service excellence, innovation, and sustainability.
Under the agreement, commencing July 1, 2025, Ventia will continue to provide design, build, reactive support, field service supervision, and project management services. Tuatahi CEO John Hanna emphasized the importance of the renewed partnership in delivering superior service to fibre broadband retailers and consumers. He highlighted Ventia’s proven track record and shared commitment to customer excellence as crucial factors in scaling effectively and maintaining high network performance to connect more New Zealanders to world-class fibre broadband.
