HITIQ Extends Entitlement Offer Closing Date

HITIQ Limited (HIQ) has announced an extension to the closing date of its Entitlement Offer Prospectus, initially announced on May 15, 2025. The closing date has been moved to 5:00pm (AEST) on Friday, June 20, 2025. Consequently, the company has updated the key dates associated with the offer. The ex-date was Tuesday, May 20, 2025, and the record date for determining entitlements was Wednesday, May 21, 2025. The opening date of the offers, including the distribution of the prospectus to shareholders, commenced on Monday, May 26, 2025. The last day to extend the closing date was Tuesday, June 17, 2025. HITIQ will notify the ASX and the underwriter of any under subscriptions on Monday, June 23, 2025. Securities are expected to be quoted on a deferred settlement basis from the market open on the same day. The underwriter is scheduled to subscribe for any shortfall under the terms of the Underwriting/Sub-Underwriting Agreement on Tuesday, June 24, 2025. The issue date and lodgement of Appendix 2A with the ASX, applying for quotation of the securities, is planned for Friday, June 27, 2025, with quotation of the securities expected on the same day. A General Meeting will be held in July 2025. The Secondary Offers Closing Date is scheduled for Thursday, July 24, 2025, and the issue and quotation of New Options under the Secondary Offers will occur on Friday, July 25, 2025. The company reserves the right to extend the Secondary Offer Closing Date or close the Secondary Offers early without prior notice.
