Frontier Digital Ventures (FDV) announced significant leadership changes. CEO and Managing Director Shaun Di Gregorio has resigned, effective November 30, 2025. Di Gregorio, the founder of FDV, is credited with building the company’s global portfolio of online marketplaces across 17 countries. The board acknowledged his role in taking the business from its inception to a profitable digital marketplace group. The company has initiated the search for a new CEO. Separately, Anthony Klok has stepped down as Chairman, with Patrick Grove appointed as the new Chairman, effective immediately. Grove, a co-founder of FDV and a Non-Executive Director since April 10, 2025, brings considerable experience in scaling digital businesses in emerging markets. Klok will remain as a Non-Executive Director until a new independent director is appointed, as per the previous announcement regarding board renewal. These changes signal a strategic shift as FDV enters its next growth phase. The market anticipates further updates regarding the new CEO and any potential strategic realignments under Grove’s leadership.
