E-Power Resources (CSE:EPR), a Canadian explorer focused on graphite properties, has successfully closed the first tranche of its private placement, initially announced on March 12, 2025. The company issued just over 3.646 million units at a price of C$0.05 per unit, generating gross proceeds of C$182,323. Each unit includes one common share and one-half of a common share purchase warrant. A full warrant allows the holder to acquire an additional common share at C$0.10 within 60 months of the closing date.
The net proceeds from this private placement will be allocated to general working capital purposes. It was also noted that two insiders of the company participated in the placement. E-Power Resources is primarily involved in the acquisition, exploration, and development of graphite properties located in Québec. Its key asset is the Tetepisca Graphite Property, situated in the Tetepisca Graphite District of the North Shore Region, approximately 215km from the Port of Baie-Comeau. The property consists of 230 claims covering roughly 12,620 hectares within a district known for active graphite exploration and development. The district has defined measured and indicated resources exceeding 120 million tonnes at an average grade of about 14% graphitic carbon.
