ASX: AMX company initiates review to unlock value and improve profitability.

Aerometrex Limited (ASX:AMX) has commenced a strategic review of its business, led by Acting CEO Rob Veitch and supported by the Board and Executive Team. The review is focused on converting the company’s significant sales pipeline across its MetroMap, LiDAR and 3D divisions into profitable execution through cost optimisation and margin growth initiatives.

The Board has expressed the view that the current market valuation does not fully reflect the business’s potential, and the review will explore a range of strategies to unlock this value. These include accelerating revenue in the high-growth MetroMap division, reducing costs across all business units, and prioritising initiatives that drive the company towards profitability.

Aerometrex has also received unsolicited corporate approaches, which will be evaluated in the context of the strategic review. The process is expected to be completed within two months, with a view to delivering improvements for the remainder of FY25 and establishing a strong foundation heading into FY26.

Furthermore, the company maintains a robust sales pipeline built on strategic growth investments made over the last 12 months and is optimistic about securing a number of these opportunities by 30 June 2025. Aerometrex is also considering value-accretive partnerships and the potential monetisation of its MetroMap platform as part of its broader strategy to enhance shareholder value.
