Our journey to become Western Australia’s largest and most trusted apartment developer began in 1995 in the leafy Perth suburb of Como.

Our unique location proved to be fertile ground for a small company with the vision and capabilities to single-handedly raise the standards of an industry.

Our first significant development, Seville on the Point in South Perth, returned $0.7 million in profit. This created a springboard from which to capitalise on the geographical demand for high quality, low maintenance living buoyed by Western Australia’s booming mining industry and strong population growth.

Key milestones in our journey to date include successfully entering the Pilbara market in 2010, earning a premier UDIA award for ‘Excellence in High Density Development’ and reaching the 4000+ apartment milestone in 2014.

Today, nearly 24 years since the Finbar name burst onto the development scene, we proudly continue to shape the landscape and lifestyles of Western Australia.
