Accelerate Resources Limited (ACN 617 821 771) (ASX: AX8) is an Australian company incorporated in Western Australia in 2017 for the purpose of pursuing various investment opportunities in the resources sector.
Since incorporation, the Company has entered into the acquisition agreement to acquire 100% interest in Mt Read Cobalt Project in Tasmania which is considered to be prospective for cobalt, copper and nickel.
The Company also acquired 100% interest in the Bulgera, Mount Monger and Cue exploration projects from POZ Minerals Ltd. Together with the Company’s Pilbara Gold tenement, Accelerate holds four Gold focused exploration projects across Western Australia.
